Yes, fall is kicking in. Yes, our bodies and our skin are starting to feel the difference and are screaming for some help! S.O.S hydration. But, girls, we don't have that much money to spend on all those high end masks and bodytreatments, do we? We also have to walk around in the most stylish clothes, which also costs loads of money. So why not make our beauty miracles ourselves? How? Let me tell you.



Avocodo hair treatment

What do you need?

- Two avocado's
- Some Mayonaise
- A Towel

What to do?

1) Take a spoon to get the inside of the avocado out and mash it with a fork to make a paste.
2) Add some tablespoons of mayonaise and mix it together.
3) Rub the mixture onto your wet hair, concentrating on the ends.
4) When the mixture is evenly spread, put your hair up in a topbun and wrap the towel around your head and leave it in for 20 minutes.
5) Rinse your hair out with cold water et voilá ; a pretty, healthy coupe!

Homemade bodyscrub

What do you need?

- Seasalt (those big 'grains')
- Oil (Olive oil for example, you can also use baby oil if you prefer)

What to do?

1) Take the salt and put it in a bowl.
2) Slowly add the oil. Not too much ofcourse.
3) Make the parts you want to exfoliate wet with luke warm water.
4) Take some of the mixture and gently rub it onto your skin in circular motions.
5) Rinse the mixture of and pat your skin dry. Don't rub!
6) Optional but recommended ; take your favorite bodylotions and smear it onto your 'new' skin.

Gentle honeyscented facescrub

What do you need?

- Two tablespoons of outmeal (natural peeling)
- Two tablespoons of honey (softens)
- Two tablespoons of lemon juice (opens the pores)

What to do?

1) Mix the ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Make sure your face isn't dry, but a bit damp.
3) Very gently rub the srub onto your face in circular motions.
4) Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
5) Rinse it of with lukewarm water.
6) Again, pat your face dry and moisturize afterwards.

Natural and self made 'teeth whitener'

What do you need?

- Some strawberries
- A fork
- A toothbrush

What to do?

1) Mash the strawbarries and kinda make a paste with the fork.
2) Get some of the strawberry-mash on your toothbrush and start gently brushing your teeth.
3) Repeat this for approximately 3 weeks one time a day! Don't do this too often, because it can harm your teeth.
